Pocket Stroker

What are pocket strokers?

A pocket stroker is a small, handheld masturbator sleeve that fits in the palm or, as the name suggests, a pocket. Most are soft, stretchy sleeves with a textured interior and an opening shaped like a mouth, vagina or anus; a few are multi-packs or dual-entry designs. Most have no motor or battery, cost far less than a full-size masturbator and are easy to hide and travel with. This collection centres on Signature Strokers Ultraskyn pocket masturbators, Zolo's Pocket Pool and Pocket Stoker sleeves and the Pocket Pals range, with PDX Plus, Star Stroker and a handful of vibrating models alongside.

Types of pocket strokers

Realistic pocket masturbators

Signature Strokers pocket masturbators are moulded in Ultraskyn material and modelled on adult performers and online personalities, each with its own interior texture. Star Stroker and Palm Pal take a similar approach. They are the most detailed option in the collection. Browse pocket masturbators for the complete line-up, or Star Stroker for that range.

Textured sleeves

Zolo's Pocket Pool series and ribbed, channel and beaded Pocket Stokers are simple open sleeves in a range of interior textures, with mouth, girlfriend and backdoor styles. PDX Plus adds dual-entry and textured designs. They are the most affordable way to try a stroker.

Pocket Pals and multi-packs

Pocket Pals strokers come in vagina, mouth and anal versions and several character names, while a three-piece Pocket Pink set lets you compare textures in one box. See the Pocket Pals collection.

Vibrating and self-lubricating strokers

A few models go further: the Lena and Blake Eden vibrating pocket strokers add a motor, Kiiroo's Feel strokers and the Powerblow combo pair with powered devices, and Arcwave's Ghost is a silicone sleeve. Coverboy's Loverboy anal strokers are self-lubricating, so they need less added lube.

How to choose a pocket stroker

The decision mostly comes down to material, texture and opening.

• Material: softer, stretchier sleeves feel more realistic and fit a wider range of sizes; firmer ones give more pressure.
• Texture: ribbed, beaded, nodule and channel interiors all feel different. A multi-pack is the easiest way to find your preference.
• Opening: mouth, vagina and anal styles differ mainly in appearance and the tightness of the entrance.
• Open or closed end: an open-ended sleeve is easier to rinse and lets you control suction by covering the end with a thumb.
• Portability and discretion: pocket strokers are already small; a plain, non-realistic design is the most discreet in a bag.

How to use and care for a pocket stroker

Soft sleeve materials need generous lubricant and thorough drying to stay pleasant and hygienic.

• Apply plenty of water-based lubricant inside the sleeve and to yourself; oil and silicone lubricants can degrade soft sleeves.
• Warm the sleeve in warm water for a more realistic feel, keeping any motor unit dry unless the maker says otherwise.
• Turn the sleeve inside out if possible and wash with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner after every use.
• Let it air dry completely before storing; trapped moisture leads to odour and deterioration.
• Store sleeves separately from other soft toys, out of direct heat and sunlight, and replace any that become sticky or torn.

Pocket strokers for beginners and travel

If you have never tried a masturbator, a pocket stroker is the lowest-commitment way to start; it costs little, usually needs no charging and teaches you which textures you like before you invest in a larger toy from the male sex toys range. The same qualities make it ideal for travel or shared living, where a quiet, compact toy that fits in a wash bag is far more practical than a full-size unit.
