The Performance VS7 from CalExotics pairs a flat, semi-stretchy silicone strap with a cock ring section that snaps closed around the base. The 3-snap design allows the fit to be changed, and the smooth, no-drag surface is made to avoid snagging skin or hair. This is the large size.
