What are double-ended dildos?

A double-ended dildo is a shaft with a head at both ends. The long, flexible version lets two partners share one toy facing each other or back to back. Shorter U-shaped and strapless designs let one person wear one end internally while the other end is used on a partner, with no harness required. The collection also includes rigid glass doubles with a different shape at each end, vibrating doubles with a remote, double-finger silicone dildos, fantasy dual-end shapes, and harness sets built around a double shaft for double penetration or for the wearer's own pleasure.

Types of double-ended dildos

Flexible double dildos

Realrock, Crystal Jellies, King Cock, B Yours and Whoppers doubles in clear, jelly, realistic skin and glow in the dark finishes. The length and bend make them the classic partner toy, and slim versions suit anal use.

U-shaped and bendable doubles

Realrock's U-shaped double and Nasstoys' bendable vibrating double hold a curve, so one end stays inside the wearer while the other is in use. A step toward strap-on play without straps.

Glass double-ended dildos

Glas and Secret Kisses glass doubles put a different head on each end: a G-spot curve on one, ribs or a wider bulb on the other, often with a handle grip in the middle. Rigid, smooth and temperature-responsive.

Double dildo strap-ons

Harness sets from Fetish Fantasy, Strict, Skinsations and Strap U mount a double shaft so the wearer is penetrated while penetrating a partner. Some vibrate; some come with a remote. Strapless versions use cock rings or the body itself to stay in place.

Vibrating doubles

Inya, Inmi and Master Series rechargeable doubles add vibration or thrusting to the shaft, usually with remote control.

How to choose a double-ended dildo

Who is using it, and how, decides almost everything.

• Partners or solo: two people need a long flexible double; one person is better served by a U-shape, a strapless strap-on or a glass double used one end at a time.
• Girth at each end: many doubles are the same size both ends, but some are slim at one and thick at the other. Check both measurements.
• Material: silicone and glass are non-porous and easy to keep clean; jelly and clear soft blends are cheaper but porous, so cover them with a condom when sharing.
• Flex: a flexible shaft is forgiving of different heights and positions; a rigid glass double gives precise pressure but needs more care.
• Power: remotes and vibration are a bonus for strap-on wearers who want their own stimulation.

How to use and care for double-ended dildos

Apply water-based lubricant to both ends and go slowly while you find the position that works. Silicone lube should stay away from silicone toys.

• Use a fresh condom on each end when sharing, and change it if an end moves from anus to vagina.
• Never let go of a double dildo during anal use. It has no flared base, so keep a firm hand on the middle.
• Wash before and after use with warm water and a toy cleaner; glass and solid silicone can also be boiled briefly, motorised models cannot.
• Inspect glass for chips before every use and retire it at the first flaw.
• Store doubles straight or loosely coiled, away from other soft materials.

Double-ended dildos for couples, solo play and strap-on beginners

Most people buy a double for partnered play, and our strap-on dildos collection is the next step if the harness sets here appeal. Solo users who like internal pressure often prefer a glass dildo double for its firmness. If vibration matters, compare the doubles here with the single-ended options in vibrating dildos, and for skin-finish realism on a double shaft see realistic dildos.
