Kits de entrenamiento anal

What are anal trainers and kits?

An anal trainer is a plug, or a set of plugs, designed to help the body get used to anal play gradually. A trainer kit usually contains several plugs in the same shape but increasing size, so you can begin with something slim and tapered and work up over weeks or months. Single trainers do the same job in one piece, either with a stepped or spired shape that lets you insert as far as feels good, or as a slim probe meant purely as a first step. They are the sensible starting point in anal toys for anyone who has not used a plug before.

Types of anal trainers and kits

Graduated plug kits

Sets from Colt, Admiral, B Yours, Playboy, Trinity Vibes and others hold several plugs of rising size, nearly always in silicone and nearly always with a flared or tapered base. This is the classic trainer format and the one most people mean by the term.

Single stepped and spired trainers

Master Series' Triple Spire and Triple Juicers, the Ram trainer probes and the Crystal Jellies trainer put the sizes on one shaft, so you choose how far to go each time. They are cheaper than a kit but offer less control at the smallest size.

Curved and prostate-angled trainers

The B-Vibe Milk curved trainer and the Master Series Dark Droplets and Dark Delights add a curve aimed at the prostate, with a tapered tip for easy entry. Some include a suction cup for hands-free use.

Rimming and textured kits

The Luxe Candy Rimmer and Night Rimmer kits and the Anal Toys beaded kit swap smooth shafts for ridges or beads, which adds sensation at the opening as the toy moves. Anal beads give more of that feeling.

Vibrating and remote-controlled trainers

Lux Active's rechargeable trainers include a bullet, and one adds a remote. Vibration relaxes the muscles for some people and makes the first size more enjoyable.

How to choose an anal trainer or kit

Buy for where you are now, not where you hope to be.

• Starting size: the smallest plug in a kit should be about a finger's width; if the smallest looks intimidating, choose a different kit or a slim probe.
• Base shape: every plug must have a flared base or a wide handle so it cannot travel inside; a T-bar base is more comfortable to wear.
• Material: silicone is firm enough to insert, easy to clean and works with water-based lube; jelly is softer and cheaper but needs careful washing.
• Kit or single: a kit gives you clean size steps; a stepped single trainer is better value if you want one toy that grows with you.
• Extras: vibration, a suction cup or a remote are pleasant but not essential; comfort and base design matter more.

How to use and care for anal trainers

Patience and lubricant are the whole technique.

• Use a thick anal lubricant or a generous amount of water-based lube on the toy and the body, and reapply if anything feels dry.
• Relax, breathe out as you insert, and never force a plug; if it hurts, stop, go back a size or try another day.
• Only use toys with a flared base anally, and never move a toy from anal to vaginal use without washing it first.
• Wash with warm water and a toy cleaner before and after every use, and dry fully.
• Store each plug separately, and move up a size only once the current one feels easy to insert and comfortable to wear for a while.

Anal trainers for beginners and couples

Almost everyone in this collection is a beginner, which is the point. Start with a graduated silicone kit and give yourself weeks, not days. Couples find trainers useful because the receiving partner can practise solo, at their own pace, before anything is shared; a small plug worn during other play is also a gentle introduction. When the largest plug in a kit feels comfortable, the wider world of anal plugs opens up, and our anal care range covers cleansing and comfort before and after.
