The Jock Power Pumper is an automatic pump with a game-style handle. Squeeze the trigger and the suction builds in steps, so you can pick a gentler or stronger level.
The hose is more than 17 inches long, which lets you hold the pump comfortably and adjust the controls with your other hand. Use it only with a water-based lubricant, take it slowly, and stop if anything feels uncomfortable.
