Ejercitadores de Kegel

Kegel trainers are weighted balls worn internally to give the pelvic floor something to squeeze against during exercise. The range covers Fun Factory Smartballs Uno and Duo, the Blush Delice Cheri weighted trainer, Cocolicious trainer balls and an In A Bag kit. Beginners usually start with a single, lighter ball.
