How to choose from Fantasy X-Tensions

Be honest about what you want to change and how much.

  • Length: Perfect, Mega and Real Feel sleeves add a set amount at the tip; start with the smallest step up.
  • Girth: the Real Feel Enhancer sleeves add thickness without extra length.
  • Hollow strap-ons: the Elite dual density strap-ons stay in place with a harness and do not rely on an erection.
  • Shared sensation: vibrating cages and couples cages add a motor positioned for the partner.

A water-based lubricant inside the sleeve makes it easier to put on and more comfortable to wear, wash it with a toy cleaner afterward, and see related wearables in Male Sex Toys.

FAQs

Fantasy X Tensions: frequently asked questions

What does Fantasy X-Tensions make?

Fantasy X-Tensions makes wearable penis extension sleeves in several added lengths, girth enhancer sleeves, the Elite silicone series of sleeves with an attached plug or strap, hollow dual density strap-ons, vibrating cock cages and couples cages, and a few stretchable tickler sleeves.

Which Fantasy X-Tensions product is good for beginners?

A Perfect extension sleeve in the shortest added length, ideally with a ball strap to hold it in place, is the simplest introduction. If you want girth rather than length, the Real Feel Enhancer sleeve is an easy first choice.

How do I care for Fantasy X-Tensions products?

Turn sleeves inside out where possible and wash with warm water and a toy cleaner after each use, then dry fully before storing. Remove any bullet first and keep remotes dry. Use water-based lubricant inside and outside the sleeve, and do not wear a cage or ring for long stretches.
