My Account & My Orders
- What is 'My Account'? How do I update my information ?
Your Account is where you can set preferences, view your order history, track returns and more. You can login to your account by clicking the link labeled "My Account" at the top of this page. From there you will see a list of options that you can set or edit.
- How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order has been processed, a confirmation page will appear with your order details and a confirmation number. You will also receive an email with this information.
- Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?
Occasionally, a product displayed online might not be in stock for delivery. On the product description, you will see a description for "Availability" and if says, "Available Now" it is in stock. If, for whatever reason, a product you ordered is not available, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund for the item that is not in stock.
Shopping & Payments
- Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Tokyo Valentino?
No, accounts are created for our customer's convenience. It is not necessary to create an account with us to browse our site or purchase products. You can do either as a guest.
- How do I pay for a product purchase?
Tokyo Valentino accepts most major Credit Cards and Paypal. Once you have placed all the items you want to purchase into your shopping cart, you select the "Checkout" button. You will be prompted to enter your payment details there.
- Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Tokyo Valentino?
Absolutely. Tokyo Valentino's Online Store resides on a secure server and we DO NOT store credit card information. For PayPal transactions you will be taken directly to the PayPal site to complete your transaction. For standard credit card transactions, we use a third-party processing gateway, Authorize.net. Authorize.net is a subsidiary of CyberSource, a Visa company. CyberSource provides online payment management solutions to over 400K merchants globally across multiple industries.
Order Status, Shipping & Courier
- How do I check the current status of my orders?
When you login to your account, you will see a link to check the status of current orders. We will also be sending you emails throughout the process so you will be able to track your shipment from our warehouse to your home.
- What are the delivery charges?
Tokyo Valentino charges a FLAT DELIVERY fee of $9.95 per order.
- What is the estimated delivery time?
All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Delivery time depends on how far you are from our warehouse. Items generally are delivered 3-5 days after they are shipped.
- I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a return?
Items that are eligible for return can be sent back to us for replacement or credit. Simply call us to arrange the return of your item.
- Does Tokyo Valentino deliver internationally?
Unfortunately Tokyo Valentino does not ship orders outside the United States.
- How are items packaged?
All of our shipments are sent in discreet, plain boxes. There will be nothing on the outside of the box to indicate to your neighbors or carrier what's inside.
Cancellations & Returns
- Can I return my order?
Tokyo Valentino does not accept returns on merchandise. Electronic items are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Returns for defective items must be sent to the manufacturer.
